Coming to combo , its very stable and easy to balance my 5D M4 and 500 MM F4 IS2 combo. The supplied plate PL 100 is a bit short in my opinion & one might need a bigger lens plate or a QR lens foot. Build quality is great and it can easily handle a telephoto lens. The leveling pan head is a nice feature on a monopod. This in-built pan head could be a little stiff when brand new, especially in cold temperatures but with a little use it should become smooth to rotate.
