I received the tripod on Monday afternoon in perfect condition. I am very happy with the unit. It feels solidly built and is quite light at the same time! I placed the order in afternoon; immediately contacted on their WhatsApp number to check if I can get the delivery early. Support provided has been excellent. I receive the photo of my purchased product on WhatsApp immediately. In 30 mins I receive the photos of packaging done. And within 2 HRS; it was shipped to my address. I receive the delivery next morning and was happy to see the way it was packaged.

Also... read more they are doing shipment to all over India. I have procured this monopod from Trivandrum and as promised the delivery was done with proper protective packaging as well as proper address.
I was also searching for a sturdy monopod for by D850+200-500mm lens. Benro is a real super duper one. Its light in weight as well as strong/good quality carbon fiber making. Thank you so much Sameer for all the support, follow-up done
