Apart from that I had a n number of conversations regarding the model I’ve enquired and surprisingly he explained and answered all queries every time I had doubt, very rarely see such a nice person in the market. Finally I made the decision to proceed this model. Coming to the package I worried how it will be delivered from Mumbai to Gangavathi (Near Hampi), surprisingly product was packaged with foam padding with multiple outer layer protected the box and product. Build quality is great and it can easily handle a telephoto lens. The leveling pan head is a nice feature on a monopod. This in-built pan head could be a little stiff when brand new, especially in cold temperatures but with a little use it should become smooth to rotate. Overall, happy with the quality of this product. As usual, no problems while dealing with the team at Gaffarbhai and Sons. A+++!
