All my pre buying queries were replied and responded instantaneously. The lens was sent wrapped in two layers of Styrofoam and cardboard boxes which is quite reassuring. Coming to the bag the 36 ltr variant is perfect combination of camera gear storage and your daily essential for 2-3 days pack. You can comfortably carry 2 pro DSLR/mirrorless and 2 big telephoto lenses or multiple small lenses.
even after that you have space to carry other accessories, tripod, a 15 inch laptop & a full sized iPad.
