All the major websites /shops were saying this wont be available in next 2/3 months and i need this within 2 weeks before my next photography trip. Coming to the bag the 36 ltr variant is perfect combination of camera gear storage and your daily essential for 2-3 days pack. You can comfortably carry 2 pro DSLR/mirrorless and 2 big telephoto lenses or multiple small lenses.
even after that you have space to carry other accessories, tripod, a 15 inch laptop & a full sized iPad.
Overall i am happy with the purchase, would recommend for wildlife photographers.

I received the tripod on Monday afternoon in perfect condition. I am very happy with the unit. It feels solidly built and is quite light at the same time! This grip has been a life-saver on the job. I pack it with Panasonic's Eneloop rechargeable batteries (also highly recommended) and combined with the battery in the D500 the battery life with this grip lasted me a solid 9 hours (roughly 1500-2000 snaps). I even had some battery left at the end of the night.

If you're going to be using the D500 for any period of time longer than 3 hours at a time, I highly suggest you grab this battery grip. It also has the plus side of making the camera more stable in-hand.
