I placed the order in afternoon; immediately contacted on their WhatsApp number to check if I can get the delivery early. Support provided has been excellent. I receive the photo of my purchased product on WhatsApp immediately. In 30 mins I receive the photos of packaging done. And within 2 HRS; it was shipped to my address. I receive the delivery next morning and was happy to see the way it was packaged.

And to also point out that the product was reasonably priced in comparison to other websites which makes your pocket feel less lighter thereby saving for the next product . Coming to combo , its very stable and easy to balance my 5D M4 and 500 MM F4 IS2 combo. The supplied plate PL 100 is a bit short in my opinion & one might need a bigger lens plate or a QR lens foot.
