Build quality is great and it can easily handle a telephoto lens. The leveling pan head is a nice feature on a monopod. This in-built pan head could be a little stiff when brand new, especially in cold temperatures but with a little use it should become smooth to rotate. even after that you have space to carry other accessories, tripod, a 15 inch laptop & a full sized iPad.
Overall i am happy with the purchase, would recommend for wildlife photographers.
