Coming to combo , its very stable and easy to balance my 5D M4 and 500 MM F4 IS2 combo. The supplied plate PL 100 is a bit short in my opinion & one might need a bigger lens plate or a QR lens foot. Build quality is great and it can easily handle a telephoto lens. The leveling pan head is a nice feature on a monopod. This in-built pan head could be a little stiff when brand new, especially in cold temperatures but with a little use it should become smooth to rotate. Overall, happy with the quality of this product. As usual, no problems while dealing with the team at Gaffarbhai and Sons. A+++!

I have used several pro tripods in my career spanning over 33 years. I still own S8 Benro tripod... read more for heavier payload. With mirrorless cameras in vogue, I was looking for a pro with ergonomically well designed, stable and lighter tripod to move around. I find S2 a perfect fit, easy to carry, seconds to setup and fold up. I use it with my GH5 Lumix Panasonic.
