At 53.3 inches with the central pole retracted it is quite tall and one does not have to crounch. Quater inch twist lock mechanism makes it really fast to assemble the legs. Lastly but not the least the item was delivered in a very well padded and protective box which is very thoughtful of you. I had a really nice experience. And to also point out that the product was reasonably priced in comparison to other websites which makes your pocket feel less lighter thereby saving for the next product .
