All my pre buying queries were replied and responded instantaneously. The lens was sent wrapped in two layers of Styrofoam and cardboard boxes which is quite reassuring. About the binoculars, I took it for bird watching on Jan 1st, 2022 outskirts of Pune and I must say it’s High quality optics, not too heavy and also not too costly. Build quality is also really good and once you hold it in your hand you will feel its toughness, a binocular made for wildlife enthusiasts who like to play rough.

There is always a fear... read more of having to spend a certain amount and your order is packed with less care and recieved with transport damages which was not the case with these guys. And to also point out that the product was reasonably priced in comparison to other websites which makes your pocket feel less lighter thereby saving for the next product . I will be back for product shopping soon !
As for the tripod , am in love with it . Just wondering if I should have just gone with the carbon fibre one . Maybe the next product 😊
