Apart from that I had a n number of conversations regarding the model I’ve enquired and surprisingly he explained and answered all queries every time I had doubt, very rarely see such a nice person in the market. Finally I made the decision to proceed this model. Coming to the package I worried how it will be delivered from Mumbai to Gangavathi (Near Hampi), surprisingly product was packaged with foam padding with multiple outer layer protected the box and product. This strap just works. It makes all-day carry of a heavy DSLR... read more body and large telephoto lens enjoyable instead of a form of medieval torture. I've been using mine to sling a Nikon D500 + battery grip + nikkor 200-500 zoom lens on all-day hikes and walks. Attached to the tripod ring on the lens, the sling allows me to carry the combo at my hip, lens facing backwards with the camera body inverted where my hand falls perfectly to grab the grip and bring the camera/lens up to shooting position. It works equally well with a standard lens on the camera. The quick-adjusting travel limiters on the strap allow me to quickly "trap" the camera right at my hip when bending over, climbing up or over something or whenever I just don't want the camera moving around. I wish I'd bought one years ago.

I love this battery pack on my NIKON D500. It gives... read more me twice the battery life while on a shoot- as well as giving you a nice firm grip when shooting vertically. Makes the camera feel more solid.
This grip has been a life-saver on the job. I pack it with Panasonic's Eneloop rechargeable batteries (also highly recommended) and combined with the battery in the D500 the battery life with this grip lasted me a solid 9 hours (roughly 1500-2000 snaps). I even had some battery left at the end of the night.

If you're going to be using the D500 for any period of time longer than 3 hours at a time, I highly suggest you grab this battery grip. It also has the plus side of making the camera more stable in-hand.
