the lens is compact and comes in two parts. a plastic mount with spring loaded locks and a screw on lens which attaches to the pvc mount. the construction and the feel of both the elements is very good. I intend to use this with my tamron 90mm macro lens. the lens size is a match to the tamron one and so there are no vignetting.

I am happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend the site to my friends.

The autofocus is not very fast but it does autofocus decently accurately when shooting outdoors. Indoors I found I had to switch to manual focus but the focus ring is very smooth and allows for very small adjustments. Build quality is great and it can easily handle a telephoto lens. The leveling pan head is a nice feature on a monopod. This in-built pan head could be a little stiff when brand new, especially in cold temperatures but with a little use it should become smooth to rotate.
