All this happened in about one hour from payment. I was very pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency at which things were progressing! I received the tripod on Monday afternoon in perfect condition. I am very happy with the unit. It feels solidly built and is quite light at the same time! I bought it mainly to use with a Sony a6400 but by Canon 70 with a 24-105 also feels rock steady on this! The quick release plate took me some getting used to. Overall, very happy with the purchase. This grip has been a life-saver on the job. I pack it with Panasonic's Eneloop rechargeable batteries (also highly recommended) and combined with the battery in the D500 the battery life with this grip lasted me a solid 9 hours (roughly 1500-2000 snaps). I even had some battery left at the end of the night.

If you're going to be using the D500 for any period of time longer than 3 hours at a time, I highly suggest you grab this battery grip. It also has the plus side of making the camera more stable in-hand.

Build quality is great and it can easily handle a telephoto lens. The leveling pan head is a nice feature on a monopod. This in-built pan head could be a little stiff when brand new, especially in cold temperatures but with a little use it should become smooth to rotate. the lens is compact and comes in two parts. a plastic mount with spring loaded locks and a screw on lens which attaches to the pvc mount. the construction and the feel of both the elements is very good. I intend to use this with my tamron 90mm macro lens. the lens size is a match to the tamron one and so there are no vignetting.

I am happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend the site to my friends.
