Coming to the package I worried how it will be delivered from Mumbai to Gangavathi (Near Hampi), surprisingly product was packaged with foam padding with multiple outer layer protected the box and product. Build quality is great and it can easily handle a telephoto lens. The leveling pan head is a nice feature on a monopod. This in-built pan head could be a little stiff when brand new, especially in cold temperatures but with a little use it should become smooth to rotate. Overall, happy with the quality of this product. As usual, no problems while dealing with the team at Gaffarbhai and Sons. A+++!

The autofocus is not very fast but it does autofocus decently accurately when shooting outdoors. Indoors I found I had to switch to manual focus but the focus ring is very smooth and allows for very small adjustments. It does great for portraits, and you can really get close with the macro, and very good bokeh. Overall it is a great lens!
