Coming to the package I worried how it will be delivered from Mumbai to Gangavathi (Near Hampi), surprisingly product was packaged with foam padding with multiple outer layer protected the box and product. I should give 5* for package and his knowledge and advice to choose best value for money. All I can say is all the best for your business.

Build quality is great and it can easily handle a telephoto lens. The leveling pan head is a nice feature on a monopod. This in-built pan head could be a little stiff when brand new, especially in cold temperatures but with a little use it should become smooth to rotate. Overall, happy with the quality of this product. As usual, no problems while dealing with the team at Gaffarbhai and Sons. A+++!
