Even if you are a good hand-held photographer, a tripod is in some cases an indispensable part of the equipment. In that case, you want the tripod to be usable in as many different circumstances as possible. The Leofoto LS-323C is such an all-rounder. The legs of this carbon tripod consist of 3 segments and therefore it reaches an impressive working height of 160.5 centimeters. When the legs are fully retracted, it is still no taller than 73.5 centimeters and therefore this tripod is also perfect for traveling.

The Leofoto LH-40 ball head

The LH-40 is advanced and yet super user-friendly. With the adjustment knobs on the sides of the head you control the horizontal adjustment and friction of the entire head, which can rotate 360 degrees. Thanks to the double notches under the ball, you can tilt your camera 90° vertically in two places. Using the degree scale on the tripod plate and the built-in level, the LH-40 can be positioned very precisely. The ball head comes with an Arca-Swiss compatible QP-70 quick release plate. The load capacity of this tripod head is 20 kilos and its own weight is 540 grams.

Quickly folds out thanks to Twist-Lock system

The legs of the LS-323C have the Twist-Lock system, which allows you to fold the tripod in and out very quickly. On softer surfaces, you can still make the tripod very stable thanks to the supplied spike feet. These are easy to screw under the tripod. On the side and bottom of the tripod you will find threads for such accessory arms, or a sandbag for extra stability.
