The Nikon Z Teleconverter TC-2.0x is a high-performance teleconverter designed to extend the reach of compatible NIKKOR Z lenses. Offering 2x magnification, it effectively doubles the focal length of the attached lens, allowing photographers to capture distant subjects with greater detail without carrying an additional super-telephoto lens.
Designed for Nikon Z-mount cameras and compatible telephoto lenses, this compact teleconverter supports autofocus and vibration reduction when used with compatible lenses. Its advanced optical construction includes an aspherical element and Nikon’s Super Integrated Coating to help maintain image quality. The fluorine coating on the front and rear elements helps repel dirt and moisture, while its dust- and drip-resistant construction makes it suitable for demanding outdoor photography.
With a 2x focal-length multiplier, the teleconverter reduces the effective maximum aperture by two stops. It is an excellent accessory for wildlife, bird, sports, and nature photographers who need additional reach in the field.
