    Best light weight and sturdy gimbal head, which I am using on my Canon ef 500mm f4 is usm lens in combination of Benro C48t carbon fiber monopod.
    It is very comfortable in Himalayan Birding trips, I always carry my lens attached with this gimbel and above monopod on my shoulder very easily and always ready to click in field.
